Happy Hour patio reservations near Columbia?

Do you ladies know of any places that have outdoor seating and take reservations for happy hour near Columbia/Ellicott City/Savage? It's a group of 12-14 people and most places have said "first-come first-served."

Have you tried Union Jack's in Columbia by the mall? We had a work happy hour and I am pretty sure we had reservations on the patio.  Not that it's a great view or anything - basically mall parking lot.

What about Rams Head in Savage? They have an outdoor patio.

Union Jack's does for parties over 6   (or 8?)

Clyde's might.  They have a huge outdoor patio out on the water (not the one connected to the restaurant) that would have plenty of room even if they don't take reservations.  I am not sure if it is open yet though- http://www.clydes.com/main/Whats_Happening.cfm?Section=Lakefront_HappyHour

Ranazul in Maple Lawn takes reservations for outside.

Ram's Head at Savage Mill has an awesome patio.  The Green Turtle in Columbia might have enough outside seating. Or maybe Nottingham's, also in Columbia? That place has a cute tiki bar outside.
