Heat/Mavs series thoughts
Who else is watching the NBA Finals? I know many are rooting against the Heat for what LeBron did to Cleveland.
It's been an interesting/enjoyable series to say the least. When Dallas was down 14 I think in the 4th quarter of game 2 I thought they were done, so I turned to college softball & was surprised w/DH came in & said to turn the game on, Dallas made a comeback.
Thoughts on Dirk playing w/a fever? Some people are saying he could have infected others. I'm like a baby when I feel the slightest off, I can't even imagine playing basketball or any other sport.

I am watching it. I cannot stand LeBron James at all. I think it's pathetic how he charges into his opponents but somehow the other player get a foul. I also think he travels 9 times out of 10 when going to the basket but never gets the call.
I hope the Mavs win. And I hope LeBron never gets a ring because I don't think he deserves one.
Good for Dirk for playing. That is dedication at it's best. I think more professionals should follow suit!
Huge Mavs fan - I'm absolutely stoked they're back here and hope, this time, it works out in their favor.
This year's entire playoffs has been the most exciting I've seen in years, I think. And this series has been insanely good, which surprised me. I'd cheer for the Mavs regardless of who they were playing, but I'm cheering even more for the Mavs since they're playing the Heat. Can't.Stand.Them.
Lurker...I'm watching it, but I am from Dallas, so a Mavs fan all the way I'm so excited!! I felt for Dirk playing sick, I know I couldn't have, I'm a big baby when it comes to being sick. Kidd makes me nervous with his three point shots, he was good last night, but misses a lot!

agreed, it's just a fever. BUT I'm sure if it was the Baby Lebron he would have used it as an excuse for his horrible play. lebron=the opposite of clutch. where has he been in the 4th quarter? what an overrated player.
I hate LeBron and the Heat, and I hope the Mavs win. He's such a choker, and I want them to win even more since I heard about how a few of the Heat players made fun of Dirk since he was sick. Guess he kicked their ass, though?
I care about this at least as much as I cared about the Super Bowl, and I detest the Steelers and their fans.
I am wanting the Mavs to win. I loathe LeBron and would enjoy seeing the Heat get their asses handed to them.
I hope Pippen is choking on his words about LeBron becoming better than Jordan. I don't recall Jordan pretending he was a hockey player and playing great for only 3 periods of a game.
Just ran into LeBron on the street. (I live close to Akron.) He couldn't help me out, though. I needed a dollar; he had 75 cents but couldn't find the fourth quarter.
