Anyone ever had a haircut at Empire?

I keep seeing ads for them, I'm sure they are cheaper then a salon, any good bad experiences? The web site says they are supervised by an instuctor.... would you do it?

I have - and you can get a coupon off the internet usually, so it's like $7.  It just takes FOREVER, and I only went in for a simple cut.  I think if I was stylish at all, I wouldn't go.

i have gotten my hair cut there and it was ok.  if you are looking for a trim or something simple its alright.  i also made the mistake of getting color done there before.  lets just say i became the class project for the night.  brutal!!!

I did a few years back, and they do a fine job, however, be prepared for it to take twice as long as your regular cut... the instructor kept walking away and as soon as she did the girl cutting my hair was visibly nervous... she did alright, but it was VERY scary for me and I think for her too... Good luck!!!!
