Re: B&M
Thanks ladies!
BL, I agree with Summer on a little box for your rings. I have a pretty, little ring box that I put mine in right before I go to bed. It's a habit now and I think it may be a good idea for you if you are hard on your rings. HTH!
My head hurts a little today as well.
Apparently, the paper in Miami posted an ad from Macy's that it shouldn't have. It was congratulating the Heat on winning another championship. LOL.
I was terrified to take mine off too because I was so scared I'd misplace them, but I really can't shower with them on, and I read that you're more likely to lose stones if you sleep with them on, so I bought small glass votive candle holders and put one every place I might need to take off my rings, so there's one on my nightstand, one by the kitchen sink and one on the bathroom counter. They are the perfect size to set my rings in and that is the only place I will ever put my rings so I feel comfortable taking them off now when I'm cleaning, working out etc. I know I won't set them down somewhere and lose them
I already posted this on TK this morning, but -- my B&M is that I worked out for the first time yesterday (Day 1 of 30DS video) and my calves hurt so badly, I can't walk normally. They loosened up a bit this morning, but then I sat down at work for 4 hours and when I went to get my lunch just now, I was back to not being able to walk.
But it's really a fake B&M. Yes, it hurts, but I'm SO proud of myself for working out! I just hope I can do it again tonight. I really do want to do it every day and get into a habit.
I finally got my act together and started working out again. I am so proud of myself for doing it for three days! The hardest part is getting in the routine of doing it but then you will feel better and it makes it easier to do :-)

You're so right! The hardest part is making a routine. Once you get into it, it becomes natural!
This is why I'm trying to do at-home workout videos ... I just couldn't find a routine that worked for me once I moved here and joined a gym 20 minutes away from our house. With my long hours and hour-long commute ... I never wanted to give up 1.5 hours for the gym. My current workout video is only 20 minutes long, so I'm telling myself I can do 20 minutes a day, no matter what.
(Of course, this is minus the 20-minute shower and additional hour of laying on the couch until my legs stopped shaking. But soon I won't have that hour of recovery time -- I hope!!!)
I totally understand! I hate giving up a lot of time to exercise, so I work out at home as well. But I could tell for the few weeks after the wedding when I didn't work out consistently that I didn't have as much energy and didn't feel as well, so I'm trying to make sure I stick with it again! :-) I liked doing the 30DS. I did it a while back and thought it was pretty challenging!

Speaking of workout routines, DH and I went running at an awesome park in Plano yesterday and it was awesome. It feels good to be running again... I've been lazy for too, too long.
Marie - my gym is also 20 minutes away from my house. I had to get creative and take my Body Pump classes at the gym closest to my work on my way home...and now I'm just running outside for cardio.
My DH is Stationed in Kansas until august, and he was in town this weekend, it sounds so weird saying "my husband is in town"
My B&M for today is that he left to go back to Ft. Riley today. I cried the whole way work. I love it when he is home or I'm in Kansas but its so hard having to go back to reality.
