Canned salmon?

I have this can of salmon from Wegmans that friend gave me to try.  I have no idea what to make with it.  Any ideas?  I was thinking something like a dill mayo sauce w/pasta and the canned salmon.  Sounds pretty unoffensive, but boring.

I made salmon cakes (like crab cakes) once and they turned out well.  The only annoying thing about canned salmon is that you have to pick through it to pull out the pin bones.

I got nothing for you Mir but Jen this is why I have a phobia of fish.  My uncle swallowed a fishbone from a filet years ago and had to go to the hospital to have it removed from his esophagus.  I eat fish one teeny tiny flake at a time.  I realize I have issues lol.

Shan, I worked at Bonefish for three years and ate fish almost every night I worked (which was 5-6 nights a week).  In all that time, I only found ONE bone and it was in a piece of flounder.  Granted, I'm still always careful when I eat fish just in case but you shouldn't let that event scare you.

I swear I am the bone finder!  I made fish for Tommy last month and I found 4 bones in it after I pureed it.
