As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This was the highlight of my day so I thought i share. I just read this article and it made me laugh because I find this guy clever. Call me cynical but it took me 3-4 months of job searching and trying to network to find out that people just don't waste their time to help you network if there is nothing in it for them. This guy introduced incentive and it seems to be working. I say gutsy but clever.
