hello everyone! I am new to this board and am a newlywed! my husband and I are currently renting in Warwick but within the next year would like to buy a house or a condo.  Any recommendations of real estate agents?  Or areas that would be nice to live in?  We would like to stay in the Warwick area!  Any help would be so much appreciated! thanks so much!!

Hello, and welcome to the board!  Congratulations on your wedding!

I would highly recommend my real estate agent, Gina Howarth (www.ginawho.com).  She and her husband Tom helped us both sell our old house, and buy our new one.  She is so nice, and even now (2 years later) she will offer up any help I need with recommendations, etc.  Good luck with your house search!

Hi Lauren! Congrats on your marriage and welcome to the board! We used Paul DeCesare at Coldwell Banker in Cumberland 401-333-0010. Paul has been in real estate for over 30 years, and he has always been highly regarded in the field. (My mother-in-law has been in real estate for over 20 years and she recommended him to us.)  He worked with us on the purchase of our home, (we were 6 months pregnant at the time and fired DH's cousin after working with her for months, so needless to say we were particular and on a time crunch) and every one who we've referred to him has been beyond happy!
