In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cross your fingers for me
I had an awesome job interview this morning. One of my old bosses walked in halfway through, I had no idea he was there. He was thrilled to see me, and told the interviewer not to bother with any more questions, but just to send notice to HR to forward me the new hire assessment. He walked me out and basically told me I have the job and I should be hearing from them soon. My only reservation is I need to be sure the salary will be up to par.
So if you could cross your fingers that they offer me lots of $$ that would be great.
