Hey ladies. I'm hosting my bunco group next week and need some appetizer ideas. Here's what I'm thinking so far:
Bud Light
Red and White Wine
Water and Lemonade
Spinach dip and crackers
Heather's (Pinkladyrn) Magic Cookie Bars
I feel like I need something else. I'm open to any suggestions (including different dips).
Also, I get my new dog on Saturday, I will have to work all day Tuesday, and dh will not be able to help me cook or clean (I'd rather not put why on a public message board). I will need stuff I can do the night before or quickly on Tuesday.
Thanks
Re: I need appetizers
What about a vegge tray with dip. That is super simple.
I had a WONDERFUL dip the other night at a party:
8 0z cream cheese, can of chicken, and dried ranch mix. Mix it all up and roll in pecans or nut of choice. SOOO good!!!!!!!
Veggie tray with dip, fruit tray with dip are the two easiest things I can think of.
Can you find pre-made pigs in a blanket? All you'd have to do with them is pop them in the oven.
I have a really good dip recipe that is super simple, but it's home - I can post it later if you'd like.
I love bean dips! There are a couple in my blog.
This is one of my favorite blogs, and she has a great section of easy appetizers. I am in love with the macaroni cups (and have recommended them on here before).

You can always do bruschetta. I boought some from Publix and toasted to french bread. It was wonderful.
You can also do homemade mini pizza. Just use a cookie cutter to cut in the pizza dough. It take seconds to put toppin on pizza and they can sit in the fridge til you're ready to cook them.
These are yummy, easy and cheap to make!

I've had these...they are delish!
Thanks for all the ideas ladies. Jaime and Ren, I would love to have your recipes if you can find them.
I always do a cheeseball (theres one in my blog)....pigs in a blanket...or sausage balls. Those are pretty filling.....and you can make them the night before and just pop them in the oven before everyone gets to your house!!
I am happy you liked my bars enough to have them at your party
