Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I need one of these today...
These are totally work related but I'm just ready to scream right now!
WTF to my coworkers... I've been working on building our electronic medical record note for our department and asked everyone last week to review the documents and come to our meeting PREPARED. One person did (but she was ridiculous) and the rest were so inappropriate and talking over each other. I love how we can be silly but I really needed to a serious meeting today.
WTF to my patients... I help run your support group. You all told me in the past that you enjoy our end of the year potluck. We told you that the hospital won't let us have outside vendors do the ice cream social you really want-- that doesn't mean you can have your mother pay for the ice cream social (it would still be delivered by the outside vendor)....

Every time I log into fb, there is an ad with mini-babies in someones hand, or on a leaf or in a lab jacket. Creeps me out.
Also... I went to the orthodontist last week and in the mail a couple of days ago I got a post card from the tech that I saw. It said "You did a good job at your appointment today. I hope you are adjusting well to your new trays. We will see you soon." I am glad at 27.5 years old I "did good." Like really. (I've seen them for almost 2 years and this is the first time I've ever been sent anything other than a bill)
