I totally forgot that I have 3 back to back interviews today. I need a new assistant and I forgot that our office manager scheduled them for today.
Besides all the standard ?'s and ideas on any good questions to ask...

what would you think that your last/current supervisor would say are your strengths?
same for weaknesses?
and why?
give examples of how you would manage numerous projects and meeting deadlines?
