Interesting! It's highly likely the jury won't consider a convict a credible witness anyway, but if they can document some communication between G.A. and this kidnapper guy through records or something, then it may not matter. All they need is a little bit of doubt, anyway, so you never know. Hmmm.
That's definitely an interesting curveball. I'm pretty psyched to see the defense presentation. Let's get on with it already!
