Serving suggestions for buffalo dip?

I'm thinking of having the buffalo chicken dip for K's party.  I've never made it before so I'm looking for any suggestions? 

The Frank's website just says crackers or vegetables, so I thought I'd ask for specifics. 

Also I don't know that blue cheese will go over that well, anyone made it with the ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese instead??

And how much does just the regular recipe serve?  Should I consider doubling it?

I always use ranch and cheddar cheese in mine. Depends on how many people you are having but I almost always double it.

I serve it in a miniature crock pot to keep it hot with Chicken biscuit crackers and celery.

I use ranch and cheddar. I find that Fritos scoops are the best dunker for that dip. It is a hardy flavorful dip and the scoop holds up well. I have also had it on crackers, tortilla chips, celery, and mini baguette pieces.

I put blue cheese crumbles on the side. I've only ever served it with tostitos, but Fritos sound great. Celery is a good idea too - you could also make that easy Hidden Vally Ranch + Sour Cream dip and put out carrots and celery. That would be cute.
