help me with cupcake ideas

So I have decided not to do a theme so much for K's 1st birthday.  I am sticking to a color scheme (hot pink/ purple/ lime green and aqua)  and a few of the items I am interested in doing (banner and custom onesie) have cute cupcakes on them so I am going to incorporate cupcakes in with her party.  I know somewhere I have seen some really cute cupcakes with bright colored straws in them, but now when I am looking on the internet for them I come up with nothing.  Has anyone seen anything like this.  Also any other fun ideas would be great!!

We've done cupcakes in ice cream cones with jewel toned frosting before. We used a star tip to make the frosting look like soft serve.

Obviously there's always the giant cupcake cake mold as well.

I did a cupcake theme for DD's 1st Birthday. We did a decorate your own cupcake station. I also ordered fabric off ebay and used that for tablecloths. Other than that, I just made a lot of other desserts for people and did the Giant Cupcake mold for her cake. Have Fun!
