carrot greens?
my carrots are growing like gangbusters. last night I was making a salad for work and got the idea to use some carrot greens for a diffewrent flavor.
after some online research, 8 found that the grewens are edible but supposed to be bitter. I decided to taste some and found that they tasted like parsley to me and added them to the salad.
AI recieved several compliments on the salad. does anyone else use carrot greens for food
