I'm slowly but surely working my way through C25K. I'm still on week 1 since I'm alternating running, walking and yoga. Yay for me and all, except yesterday I'm fairly sure I pulled something in my ass. By the time I hit my front door, I was in dire need of some ass stretching and water. But I couldn't find my key.
I pinned it to the underside of the fold-over part of my pants and it was (poof!) gone. If there's a "bad" word in this world, I said every one of them. So I walked those stupid two miles looking for my key and finally found it on the last bit of the loop. Again, more bad words were said.
Then I had to speed-walk home (no running, as my ass pain and brand new heel blister were truly hobbling me), shower, get dressed, put makeup over a beet-red face, and rush out to trivia night. I medicated my ass pain/hobbling with lots of water, banana and advil, followed by 2 beers. So far, so good today.

I pulled my asss in CrossFit. I did the stretch that you like plus foam rolled. The foam rolling helped a TON. You can get a decent foam roller from Sports Authority for $30 and a good tutorial on how to foam roll here:

If you're going to be running a lot a foam roller is good to have.
