Allergy sufferers with tips for DD?
Ava is struggling horribly with seasonal allergies these last few weeks. For the last few yrs, she has had pretty mild symptoms that are manageable and don't need meds. However, this year has been much worse... super runny nose, coughing, eyes watering. She is so miserable all day and especially when she is outside. I have an appt with an allergist at the beginning of August and she has been taking Claritin for kids since Sunday with no noticeable improvement. Does anyone with kids with allergies or allergies themselves have any tips to get us through until she sees the allergist?

Will she let you 'flush' her nose out? Like could you spray some nose spray up there to help clean her nasial passages? That might help along with the Claritin.
