I just watched on the news that women in Saudi Arabia are starti g to protest the driving rules. Have you heard anything about this?

  • When I was little my parents and I (being the youngest sibling) lived there for my dad's work (programmer). They did not allow driving for women at all and the buses were divided into two sections. A small section in the back are for women and kids and the bigger section for men. It was the norm back in the days but I guess now they are finally speaking up. I'll have to mention this to my dad, he lived there for 13 years, I was only there for 4 years (age 3-7). I honestly loved it there, it was clean and believe it or not people are really nice until this whole Al-Qaeda messed up its image.
