As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

brings a tear to your eye
My former youth pastor (the guy I went on several mission trips with through my 7 years in his youth group) is a great guy. He's in his late 30's and has never been married although having a wife and family is somethign he's wanted for a long time.
A little while ago he decided to try to adopt on his own. He's been through a lot with trying to get paperwork in line and being matched up with a child, but has remained optimistic.
Well, his patience paid off! A couple days ago the final paperwork went through and today he is celebrating his first ever father's day with his new 10 year old son!
I'm so happy for him I could cry. He is going to be an awesome dad... I couldn't help but share the great news!

I think that's incredibly admirable when men want to take on the challenge of raising children on their own voluntarily. That is definitely a wonderful story.
