Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sigh. Here's the thing. My hairdresser has been my hairdresser for years and she's wonderful. She opened her own business about a year or so ago, and I've seen her four times since ... she is getting progressively worse with her attitude, her loudness, her lack of professionalism ... but I am so uncomfortable calling her and telling her that I'm unhappy w/ the cut because she's very caustic lately and I don't know how she'd react ... I know I sound like a lame-o but ... I just want to go somewhere else where I know I'll be treated professionally. But I wanted to say that you ARE right, I'm just being a total wimp.
