Upholstry Cleaning for pet smell removal
Our cat has had some urinary tract issues which have been treated. Now we are facing the problem of removing the smell from the sofa and chair that he had been peeing on. We have tried various things uncluding cleaners found at both retail stores and the vet, washing the covers in the washing machine, Washing the actual foam! Nothing has helped. I think we are going to have to find a professional who is used to taking care of these problems.
We live in Essex. Any suggestions?
Re: Upholstry Cleaning for pet smell removal
I'm guessing you bought Nature's Miracle, since you said you bought commercially available stuff. My last guess would be to soak the foam in the Nature's Miracle and put it in the sun to dry. Being outside in the sun can work miracles on things. Also, you can use the Nature's Miracle in the washing machine when washing the covers.
Good luck! Cat pee can be the worst. I'm glad your cat is feeling better though!
