What is your favorite AND least favorite flavor of ice cream?
Re: First day of summer QOTD
Favorite: Mint chocolate anything. I like variety, though, so I don't order it every time.
Least favorite: Butter pecan. Gross.
My favorite has to be mint chocolate chip. Such a good classic standard.
Asking about my least favorite ice cream is like asking me what's my least favorite way to get free money. It's always f*$king awesome.
This is one of the toughest questions ever.
Favorite: Moose/Deer Trax
Least Favorite: Neapolitan- I don't like my flavors mixed! One at a time please!
My favorite is butter pecan.
I won't eat anything with marshmallows in it. I think that's, what? Tin roof or something?
I love just about anything that has big chunks of cherry in it.
I don't know what my least favorite. I think I like just about all of them.
Favorite: Hudsonville Birthday Cake
Least Favorite: vanilla
Fav: Vanilla, chocolate twist. soft serve.
Least: pretty much any fruit flavored
Favorite: I recently tried a new kind of ice cream at an ice cream shop that had coconut and chocolate in it. It rocked my world. So freaking good. I think it was called Eskimo Kisses or something like that.
Least favorite: There's no ice cream that I won't eat, but plain chocolate would probably be my least favorite.
Favorite: Hmm...I'm really not picky as long as it's not...
Least: Spumoni (pistachio, chocolate, and cherry? Whose idea was that?)

What is your favorite I'm gonna go with Chocolate Moose Tracks. I also really like Blue Moon
AND
least favorite flavor of ice cream? Anything mint
My Profile
Geez, this is tough to pick just one:
Favorite: Anything that packs an insane amount of chocolate items in a chocolate ice cream base
Runners Up: Coffee flavored ice cream, chocolate chip cookie dough (and if anyone would get a clue and make it with a chocolate ice cream base, that would be lovely), gelato (chocolate, tiramisu, and coffee)
I'm sorry to everyone, but I had to read your responses to know what I don't like:
soft serve ice cream (so I can't have a chocolate flurry with choc chip cookie dough) - messes up my stomach for some reason
butter pecan (DH's favorite)
strawberry
vanilla - what a waste!
anything with chunks of fruit
anything that is plain vanilla with nuts in it and not much else.
This post makes me sad. I can't have any of this stuff while on a diet. I miss it.
Ben and Jerry's Phish Food has marshmallows too. Yeck. Not a marshmallow fan over here either. Coffee flavored ice cream is prob my least favorite though.
Favorite: Cookies and cream.
Is there room for you to enjoy some sorbet? I know you said you like chocolatey choco chocolate, but there is some insanely good sorbet out there!!
Favorite: Ben and Jerry's Clusterfluff. Best d@mn ice cream ever.
GRSP:don't try it, it has marshmellow swirl in it. Second place goes to, B&J's Chubby Hubby.
I also like Butter Pecan, anything with peanut butter, strawberry cheesecake. . . oh crap I just like it all except soft serve and mint.
Or just plan a splurge (measured and properly portioned) and enjoy what you really want, so you don't get sick of depriving yourself and go off the deep end, bingeing and regretting.

I agree with this, but also a healthier substitute that I think is awesome:
Step 1) Peel a banana, chop it up (big chunks), throw in a zip-lock and freeze
Step 2) Put frozen banana chunks in food processor and set it swirling
Step 3) Eat the delicious and creamy "banana ice cream"
You can always add chocolate sauce, nuts, caramel, etc. to add different flavors too.
You are brilliant. I am doing this tomorrow. I have some ripe bananas that need to be used. I plan to add peanut butter or caramel so a little less healthy but still not bad!!
OH don't worry - I would be insane by now if I have been depriving myself this long! I usually have one day a week where I don't pay attention to what I'm eating and eat whatever I want. I've been doing it since I started and still have been losing my goal 1 lb. per week so I don't plan on changing it. It's just that it never works out where I get to have ice cream or if I'm limiting myself to one day a week, random ice cream visits where I get to have my different flavors don't fall on that day. I will probably do this until I'm at my goal weight and then I'll allow myself small portioned treats any day of the week within reason.
I want to try the frozen banana idea. Thanks!!
