August 2009 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Well, it took me almost two years to get to Bronze under my old screenname - and of course as soon as I do, I decide to change my screenname. Hopefully I will get back to Bronze before 2013.
Re: New Screenname
Annnnnnnd that old name wassss????
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Seriously? My sig has been the same for the last 22 months! I thought it would be obvious but apparently not.
I wanted to avoid linking the old s/n with the new one but whatever, I guess I'll just DD this later. It was eouellet.
Time to do an "ask me anything" thread to get your count back up to bronze . . .
(and right there with you on hitting a badge change and then deciding the old name needed to go)
Opps, sorry. I can't see sig pictures at work, so all I usually get is avatar. Feel free to edit it out!

Ha, no worries! I will edit it later.
Jane is my family's dog (Jane Austen, actually.) She's a golden retriever.
why didn't you like the old SN?
ETA: FWIW I wish I had been a little more creative when I picked mine... I had no idea I would hang out here on TK/TN

I also made mine before I started hanging out on the boards, so didn't have in mind that it would really be a "screenname". I thought it was just my log-in. It had personal info in it and I wanted to be more anonymous.
