XP: autism & therapy
Does anyone have any recommendations for speech & occupational therapists? Or any therapist working with autism/PDD-NOS?
Preferably in the Harford/Baltimore/Cecil county areas. DS needs to start private therapies in addition to I&T and I'm trying to figure out all our options.

Are you on the Autism Waver? How old is the child and where are they on the spectrum. Are you just looking for Speech and Physical or do you need academic/behavioral therapies as well?
I worked for Trellis Services, which does out patient and home services for Autism Waver. I would call the school system for Speech or Physical therapeutics. They should have a list of private people. For academic/behavioral, if you are not on the Waver, your best bet is a private teacher (like myself if you would like to talk) because home services are expensive if you are not on the waver
