Vent: RE listings
Why do the notes written use more incorrect grammar and have more typos than people use on Facebook??? It's not to save space (I would get that), because some of the mistakes actually take up more space... one would think in this market, you want to sound confident about a property, but some of these listings make it look like the agent spent all of 10 seconds on it.
We have been looking at A LOT of listings lately and this has been bothering me more and more!

Oh, don't even get me started ;-) Don't post your listing without a photo! And stop using those cameras that make the room look twice as big... you're not fooling anyone!
