Our Offer was accepted!
We just put in an offer on a house yesterday in Muscatine, and it was accepted! It is a very cute 1940's home with charm, yet very practical and has a large yard. 
It is nice since we have been a little discouraged by the process since our house in Colorado is almost sold, but the buyer is being a real PITA and nickel and diming us bad. Oh well- just want to get it done. Now - can anyone recommend a good home inspector?! My realtor says we have just five days to have it inspected! That is fast!

We used American Inspections - the realtor picked, the report seemed pretty good. Did they tell you to get a radon test too? It a seperate fee (somewhere around $100) but it was worth it for us. Our house testest positive so the sellers put in a mitagation system for us.
