The hiring process for a position I applied to starts with a review of applications, an oral presentation, then they weigh application info: education, experience 50%, with oral presentation 50% - then invite you to interview.
I did the oral presentation last Thursday. I haven't heard anything - usually they email information or update a website that has application status. My app status still says eligible for oral presentation.
When do you think it's ok for me to send a follow up email, and what should be included? The thank you will have to be general because they didn't even give you the opportunity to learn names of the 2 people who conducted the oral presentation - you literally had to walk in, take the reigns (5 minutes tops) and leave.
I want to know when I can expect to hear something, either way.
WDYT? Thanks
