BOTB: Nanny available in October
DH's coworker is moving out of town soon, so her nanny will be available, and she highly recommends her. The nanny is having a baby end of July and will be watching the baby, as well as nannying when she will be available in Oct. - I know that bothers some people is the only reason I mention it. They live near 610(N) and Shepherd (so the Greater Heights?) so I assume the nanny is looking for something in the same general area, but I can ask if you are interested. Here is the nanny's description from the coworker.
She has worked for us for 2 years. She is Mexican (she speaks little English). Before working for us she was a nanny for our friend, who is a pediatrian, for 3 years. So she comes with excellent references. She is a very hard worker and is excellent with kids. She does light housework, too. (laundry, dishes, makes beds) Her focus will be the kids but during her down time she keeps busy! She is a very kind and gentle person and we are so sad to be losing her. I truly feel like she is part of our family! She is currently pregnant and is due end of July, so she will be available in October. As of now, she will need to bring her son with her to work afterwards, but I am CONFIDENT that she will not let this affect her work ethic. If you know of anyone that could use a talented, hardworking, kind nanny please let me know. It is my goal to find another family to bless with her help.
PM me if you want either the nanny or the coworkers's phone number. I also know what CW is currently paying right now, so I can tell you that, too. (Although, I don't know if the price will be affected by additional children to nanny and/or her also taking care of her child at the same time).
