Lemonade cake

Dissolve and cool- 3 oz package lemon jello in 3/4 cup boiling water

Blend and mix: 1 package yellow cake mi;l 3/4 cup oil; 4 eggs

Add cooled jello

Grease a bundt pan and line with wax paper (tear a piece and lay over the pan, poke a hole, squish the paper down.  It doesn't need to cover the whole pan)

Pour in batter and bake at 350 for 50 mins.

Thaw 6 oz can of lemonade.  Stir in 1/2 cup sugar.  Spoon over the bottom of the hot cake.  Let cool a little then flip onto a plate.  You'll want something that isn't perfectly flat because the lemonade puddles a little before it gets soaked back up in.

Serve chilled.

I like to add some whipped cream and berries on the side. It's a cool, not too sweet, refreshing cake for summer.  The ingredients are also ones you can easily keep on hand.
