Third Person Thursday
Shelley just realized that she didn't post a WTF Wednesday yesterday. She blames it on pregnancy brain and taking Tuesday off from work.
Shelley can't wait for her DH to come home either tonight or tomorrow night so she can show him all the cute little outfits from the shower last weekend. She would also like to get the pack-&-play out of the back of her Jeep (it's a little too heavy for her to carry at the moment).
Shelley thinks this weekend she is going to start clearing out junk in the house. She has moisturizers that are years old and probably no good any more and lots of clothes to go through.

Re: Third Person Thursday
Teresa realized the same thing this morning on her way to work that there was no WTF Wed. post.
Teresa just got back from her department meeting where they told her that instead of just adding another jeans day each week, they have decided to have a whole summer of jeans days. This makes Teresa extremely happy! Though she just bought two new pairs of dress capris for the summer, which if she loses weight won't fit anymore. Oh well she can always get them tailored.
Also they had delicious mini cupcakes for everyone at the meeting and she wonders if 9am is too early to eat cupcakes.. They are sitting on her desk and smell so good!!

Shaina tells T that's it's never to early for cupcakes!
Shaina has a big video teleconference from 11-1 today and is super nervous about it. Shaina feels like her HQ doesn't like her and will do anything to prevent her from getting things approved.
Shaina is worried about Sadie. Once last week (although she didn't see it) and yesterday Sadie sort of got stuck and couldn't move her legs and was sort of out of it. It was super scary yesterday. Shaina still took her to daycare b/c Sadie acted fine after it happened, but Sadie has a vet appt for tomorrow morning. Shaina also wants to keep Sadie in daycare 1x a week b/c she's developed a bit of stranger fear with other dogs and tha't not normal for her.
Shaina is ready to be at the beach, only a week to go.

Alicia has been going to bed way too late this past week. She can't wait to catch up on sleep this weekend
Alicia is stupid excited to see Dani, Melanie and meet little Amelia tonight!
Alicia has been very busy at work and is not happy about it! Alicia is getting tired really fast while working...
Stacey didn't even realize that today was Thursday. She had her WTF Wednesday post all prepared for today.
Stacey is SLAMMED at work because it's the end of the fiscal year and she has to close accounts and spend money, which sounds fun but trust her, it's not. She has stayed an hour late at work for the past several days just trying to get things completed before she leaves Tuesday.
Stacey is conflicted because her "dream job" opened up at the university. She LOVES the direct people she works with here, but in this new job, she would be constantly working with students, planning events and it's better looking on a resume. The conflict is that it doesn't pay much more and there would be some nights, weekends and after-work phone calls necessary. Right now, when she leaves work, she leaves work. She thinks she'll apply and just see what happens.
Stacey misses coming on here all the time.
Stacey is very adamant there there be pictures posted of this event.
Stacy definitely encourages Stacey to apply for that job and see what happens=)
Stacy is so happy that she will be only working 4 days a week for the next 3 months. Stacy was offered the opportunity to take an on call shift, one evening, and flex a day out during the week. Stacy doesn't mind being on call one evening, because Stacy hates being in the office, plus the evenings are slow anyway.
Stacy is also happy that her yearly review went wonderfully. Stacy's boss raved about her, and stated that she has never worked with someone who finishes tasks so fast, with no errors. Stacy is eager to know what kind of raise she is getting

She wishes this was her Off Friday week, working 5 days is hard, yo! And, she really wishes it was more clear as to what her new role at work was. Its a little frustrating.
Shaina is still at work. Shaina's meeting went terribly and she has basically been in and out of conference calls all day. Shaina now has to brief her General on Tuesday on something she completely disagrees with. Shaina now has to work tomorrow on her day off. Shaina doesn't understand why she works 4-10s if she's regularly at work on her Fridays off.
Shaina is just thankful DH can take Sadie to the vet b/c she has had 2 of these sort of dizzy spells, one last week and one yesterday and it freaked Shaina and her DH out. Shaina is worried the vet will find something bad wrong.
