I am so very sorry for you loss!
I had an SCH early in my pregnancy and I'll share my positive story in hopes that it brings some reassurance that things may improve for you too. I bled for weeks ... sometimes spotting, sometimes heavy, scary, period quantity blood with clots. Sometimes it was pink, sometimes bright red, sometimes brown. It was awful. I was sure I was going to lose DD. They put me on pelvic rest and bed rest for 3 days or so after I was diagnosed, but my boss said that wasn't enough and told me to take a week and stay in bed or on the couch with my feet up and let someone wait on me. So I did. I was still bleeding when that week was over, but I went off bed rest, went back to work, and just took it really easy. The SCH did eventually resolve. I had DD at 28 weeks, but it had nothing to do with the early SCH and everything t do with pre-e.
Please take care, let others wait on you, take time to heal, to rest. Put your feet up and relax as much as you possibly can.
Good luck!
