For the HHC, your challenge for this week was to keep an exercise log and identify an area for improvement. Post that info tomorrow. I will start a thread in the morning.

Also, set a goal for the summer. Why are you participating in the challenge(s)? What will you do to achieve your goals? A SMART goal is best (Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound). For the challenges the time will be this summer. Be sure your goals are realistic for the allotted time. You might want to lose 50 lbs or run a marathon, but is that attainable and realistic for this summer? For example, my goal is "I will lose 20 lbs. this summer." I feel that this is realistic and attainable this summer. After the summer is over, I will evaluate and set a new goal(s) as appropriate.
