Blooming Lotus, Ya hala for food and Sweet Pea for desserts and donuts.
Pok Pok also have some awesome vegetarian options. Almost all of the restaurants have vegetarian options. You can also try http://www.vegportland.com/restaurants/ good luck on your race!
