Yoga girls
What exactly is "hot" yoga? ?I just got word from my niece that she is training to become an instructor and will specialize in this. ?Ever heard of it?

it's power yoga with the heat turned way up. power yoga is an active yoga, with constant movement and breathing, longer holding of postures. Bikram yoga is often referred to as hot yoga but hot yoga can simply be power yoga w/ heat, not necessarily Bikram, which is a yoga that is VERY hot and steamy and focuses on flexibility, stamina, and strength.
