Showing different positions within same organization

Hello!

I am applying for new positions... I have been with the same organization for almost 4 years now. This was my first job out of college.

I began as an intern, was hired full-time as a Program Coordinator and then was promoted to a Program Manger.

Should I be listing these 3 seperate positions or clump them together?

TIA!

Re: Showing different positions within same organization

  • It depends.

How close are the job descriptions?

If they are all pretty much the same, I would include them all together.  If you had differing responsibilities or have a lot of accomplishments to list under each job heading then I would split them out.
