  • Meh  I have a sinus infection and they changed the hours for the tradeshow.  Originally our longest day was 4 hours.  They changed it so now today was 1045a to 5pm, then dinner with customers 6-8. Tomorrow is 1045 to 8pm!!! holy cow, I'm wearing pants and flip flops tomorrow. I don't care, no more killer whore heals for these tired tootsies.

Plus side, i'm getting awesome free meals, tons of free pens.  And I'm meeting a ton of customers that I talk to on the phone all the time, and making deals (hopefully) with prospective customers.

  • I saw those! I know I've said it a bunch but HOW EXCITING!!

The soil engineer was up at our site today finalizing the well and drain field locations.  We will have access to a large chunk of our first part of money in the next few weeks and should be able to get going for real in the next few weeks.

Did I mention that we will be moving in with his parents at the end of August? We are building off of their driveway so it just makes sense. They have a 5 bedroom house and for the most part it's just his dad (his mom is back in school and lives away for about 1/2 the week).   It's looking like it will take us about 9-12 months to build because H and FIL will do most of it themselves. Hopefully this time next year we will be in our house!

  • You didn't mention that but its so similar to us :) We are living with my parents but in a 2ish bedroom home with one bathroom that is about to be completely renovated in 2 weeks...

It is super nice though in a way, I'm saving roughly $1200/month from not paying bills or rent, not buying nearly as much food as I was and FI is out of state most weeks.

Can't wait til you guys break ground :)
