Seafood Broil/Oyster Roast
Ok so we have decided that we want to do a seafood broil/roast. However buying that much seafood can be pricey especially when you are expecting 20 people. Would it be rude to asks guest to bring thier own meat if we are providing everything else? My neighbor and I are debating this.
Re: Seafood Broil/Oyster Roast
If your group is ok with potlucks, I'd do like pp suggested and switch it around: have your guests bring sides and you provide the main.
Or skip the seafood idea altogether and do something more affordable like chicken or Mexican.
