casey anthony trial
i caught some of the trial this evening. a couple of questions:
why is cindy saying she was the one who did the chloroform searches? i mean i assume because she's protecting casey if it's not true, but did she say why she made the searches themselves?
what's up with the guy who found caylee's remains? why did he call saying he had found remains more than once several months apart?
what were they getting at with lee's testimony about whether or not the family was happy that caylee was having a baby? and why was he crying and saying he was upset that no one would tell him?
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

and now, apparently, cindy anthony was found to be at work at the time of the computer searches. so...yeah. i think it's a screwed up family and i think the family is trying to put enough reasonable doubt into to the mix so casey goes free.
i hadnt heard much about the other comments you made, MD. i just can't keep up.
i could be wrong but i think it was postponed so the defense could try to prove that casey is bat$hit crazy and is not mentally fit to continue to stand trial....but with no luck

A judge ruled on Monday that accused child killer Casey Anthony is mentally fit to continue standing trial based on psychological testing conducted over the weekend at the request of her lawyers.
Judge Belvin Perry revealed that an emergency motion for the examinations filed by the defense was the reason behind the abrupt cancellation of Saturday's court session.
