you'll never believe the call I got this morning....
but my realtor called and we have an offer on the condo!!!! Yes, you read that right!!!! 
so while this wknd my be bad with me having to work (yes, I get to do the work from home but it still sucks) this may be the sign of good things to come!!! Thank you GOD!!!!! So just praying and crossing fingers that it all works out.
My realtor was so excited that she just called to tell me the initial offer (it's 8K than what I have it listed for, but it may be worth it to sell it) and hasn't looked at the details b/c she got it late last night and is at a fundraiser this morn. So she's emailing it to us this morning.

How exciting! I know how much you want this to work out because when we moved here we still had our house back in Charlotte. Having two mortages is no fun, especially in this economy. I will pray that this works out for you guys. I really hope this is a sign of good things to come.

I know, I'm more than excited and Brad was like, OMG, maybe we should just take it. I will be able to at least pay off my debt and we will be in SUCH a good place even if we took what this offer is.

I just countered and my realtor thinks it's really going to work out and that what I've countered with is great. Brad and I feel good about this.
We would close the weekend between the UGA and Bama game (ha, everything is centered around football for us) so poor Brad, no time off!!!
All I can do is pray that she accepts!!! I'm so nervous, this is the closest I've gotten!!!
