Here ya go All of the ingredients are to your taste but this is what I approximately do: 2 small zucchinis 4 cloves of garlic 4 good sized tomatoes a quarter of a red onion? a few shakes of Italian seasoning olive oil salt + pepper? cut it all up in a bowl mixed together then mix with spaghetti

thanks for the recipe! it was delicious. i modified and cooked the onions, garlic, and zuccinni because dh doesnt like raw veggies.. but hes asking me to make it again this week which is good

yea my DH prefers the veggies cooked too, i did the same thing with the onions, garlic and zuccinni. Then tossed it in with the raw tomatoes. YUM!!!
