Since BP asked, here's our Low Carb menu for this week:
Mu Shu Chicken (lettuce)Wraps

Chicken Cordon Bleu "breaded" in ranch

Buffalo Chicken Salad
- I'm making a bigger batch of chicken salad and egg salad for lunches. I'll eat those plain or in a lettuce wrap. Wednesday I'll have an Angus Burger from McD's without the bun, and breakfast is always a slimfast low carb shake.

mine is low carb this week, although not intentionally:
spaghetti squash lasagna
larb (thai lettuce wrap thingamajig)...probably will have some sticky rice with this...so not low carb there.

No - we just "googled" it and used what we found. We got a Beer Can Chicken stand as a wedding present but completely forgot about it until LittleBug posted about it last week. It was very good - and super easy!

We used a spice rub that I got from Penzey's. I heard from a friend yesterday a good trick is to add cinnamon to the beer. It was very good - and super easy!

I'm hoping I lose enough weight to start splurging by the time our corn in the garden is ready to pick. Otherwise I am going to be one sad momma.
Brownies and corn. Those are what I'm craving. lol!
Also - I found some dark cocoa covered almonds at Target. Very low carb count and they're perfect for my chocolate cravings. Also almond clusters right near them on the shelf are good.
I just found this site on craigslist I'm pretty pumped about it, I emailed the place and they lady was really fast getting back to me, all very clean/healthy meals, and for a meal plan/grocery list for only $2! I'm totally game! And you can use the code "free week" to try it out!
