This past weekend a good friend asked me to go to lunch with her to "talk about life" and she pretty much sat there the entire time crying because she's been incredibly depressed recently and her marriage is falling apart. I feel terrible because honestly I always have seen her as such a happy person with a great marriage and been somewhat envious of how easy it all seemed but it seems like she's been pretending that's the case for a long time. I told her she should see a marriage counselor and maybe someone for herself if she's very depressed. I don't have any recommendations for her but said I would ask around (aka ask you all!).
She lives in Owings Mills but works in Towson and said she'd be open to driving anywhere in between. Not sure about insurance or if that really matters but any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
