We all worked so hard to lose weight before our weddings. I've had a crazy year and my eating sucked and I didn't have the time to work out - well, that has resulted in a 12 lb weight gain!
::headdesk::
I had started working out again this week and the diet is back on hardcore - I find it so much easier to diet over the summers because I'm up later so I don't get as hungry, but I want these pounds gone! I never got down to the weight where I really wanted to be, so it's time to start again. I just did 45 mins on the Wii Fit and if my knee feels up to it, I'll do a Jillian later. Here we go again...

RIP Dr. Irving Fishman - 10/1/19-7/25/10 - thank you for holding on for me.
You made my wedding day complete.

Re: Ugh - I gained it back!
I know how you feel! I only lost a couple pounds before the wedding, like five maybe, and I've gained about 10 back. Boo. I've been hitting the gym as much as possible but I've been horrible the last three weeks.
Keep it up, you'll get there!
I know all too well how you feel. I lost almost 30lbs before the wedding. Over the course of the last year I have put it all back on. I'd blame it on work and grad school, but it really is just the fact I didn't make the time to workout and almost completely quit caring about what I was putting in my mouth. Uggh..quite frustrating, but at the same time at least we know where to start!
Here's to a healthier journey to our 2nd year of marriage!
I know how you feel too, I tried really hard to get in shape/tone my arms before the wedding, and then after the wedding pretty much totally fell off the workout bandwagon. I gained about 5-10 lbs. and then got pregnant and have since gained another 9 lbs! Annnnd I can't diet while pregnant for obvious reasons so I have really been trying hard to eat healthier and to go for walks and lift light weights.
It is so hard though especially when you're busy, and when you fall out of the habit it is sooo hard to get back in.
you're not alone. i gained the 20 i had lost all back, and then gained 20 more!!!! too much stress with home, work, my dad and i gave up on everything because of those stressors.
BUT, i have now lost 7 of those nasty lbs so there's a light at the end of the tunnel!!

I love you, Daddy...2/24/1953 to 2/13/2011
You aren't alone! I gained some weight back in the fall after I tore up my knee and couldn't exercise, and I went from working FT plus coaching to being in school FT and coaching and let some of my eating habits slip. I had to deal with the extra poundage until after my surgery and now am stuck with it for a while....
I'm a teacher, so I've been working out hardcore this summer. I'm down maybe 5 so far. I turn 30 in November, so my goal is to loose 30 pounds before then!
