What do you want to grow in your garden that you don't already have?

I would like to grow pumpkins.  I tried last year but they didn't work out.  I think both plants got squash vine borer.  Also, I'd like to do both yellow squash and zucchini.  I have a SFG, and only have room for one or the other right now.  Though, I saw a staking/pruning method I'm doing to try out and if it works, I'll be able to do both in the same square next year.

I just looked it up - I don't know that I'd want to plant that from anything other than a seed.

My garden this year is pretty beyond my normal standard plants.  So i'm excited to see what works and what doesn't.  I've got a few heirloom type plants and grew some stuff from beans .

In my dream garden... it would be WAY bigger (as in I'd probably clear an acre or so of our property) and I would plant so many things I've always wanted to, but haven't..

Garlic, potatoes, onions, lettuce/cabbage (yeah, I'm scared of growing it!!), pumpkins, watermelons (even though I don't like them) and a whole slew of other things. 

I've also thought about doing a small orchard... apples, pears, peaches.  But i'm REALLY apprehensive.
