Belated Sunday baking post
Did you make anything good this weekend or recently? As usual, share a recipe if you had a home run.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

I made Bon Apetit's Summer Tomato Bouillabaisse for dinner last night. I made it just with mussels. Super tasty!

On Saturday, I made Giada's Lemon Spaghetti. Super yummy! I tossed in some broccoli and roast chicken pieces.

I made these lemon bars. I made 1.5x the filling because I didn't think there was nearly enough filling the first time I made these, but I haven't quite figured out how to adjust the baking time/temperature.
The top ended up cracking, and the texture is a bit grainy (note to self: do NOT sub regular sugar for confectioner's sugar just because you're too lazy to go to the store for some.) But they're still pretty yummy.
I might try Smitten Kitchen's lemon bars.
cinnamon apple muffins.
gonna make some snickerdoodles for my antenatal group meeting this week. kiwis don't know what they are....haha.
I made these chocolate chip cookies lat night - they are REALLY good.

The rest of the stuff was not baking, but recipes. I've been stocking my freezer for when the baby arrives.
