intro and menu help needed

hi lurker on this board poster from D&R... hoping you girls can help

I would like to host a nice brunch in July for family (kids included) does anyone have any menu ideas. I would like it to be more breakfast like and serve a little earlier on a Sunday morning. any ideas would be great.. thanks a bunch

Check out this post for starters.  After that, remember to cover all the well-rounded breakfast food groups: eggs, breads, meats, fruits; and possibly potatoes, veggies (asparagus maybe) and dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese).

I don't have much more to add than what was stated by the PP. Do be sure to cover all areas. Maybe add some danish or other dessert type breakfast foods.

I have a nice recipe for a crab souffle roll.  It takes a bit of work, but the good thing is you can make it the day before and bake the next day.  If interested I can type it out.

I agree with everything Tar said, except potatoes are a necessity in my mind.  Roasted redskins are easy enough.
