Stop stealing my creamer people!

I came back to work after being off for 2 weeks and ny brand new creamer that I had only used once was almost empty. Fine I kind of get that b/c I was gone. I brought a new one in yesterday and it is already half gone! I don't have a permanent marker so today it is hidden with my lunch. If I had lipstick I would just put some on and take a swig. I really don't understand adults taking stuff that is clearly not theirs.

  • It amazes me that people will just help themselves to other people's things.  I love the idea of putting on lipstick and taking a swig!  I would also love to see people's reactions when they pulled out your creamer and realized there was lipstick on it.  I bet it wouldn't even phase some of them.

I would definitely put your name on it in LARGE letters!  Sometimes when i see something in the fridge with nothing on it - I wonder if it is a "company provided" perk or not - so maybe people were thinking the co. was providing it.  I could see that with something like communal creamer vs. PB&J or something.

Also - maybe people are thinking "oh, it's just a little, she won't notice", but when 10 ppl are doing that, then it adds up!

ETA:  To clarify, even though I wonder if it' s a perk, I still stay away, "just in case" it isn't!  But others don't have that much common sense. ;-)
