Restaurant recs for Miami Beach area?
Hi ladies!
I am a regular on the What's Cooking board and wanted to drop in and see if any of you had some restaurant recs for the Miami Beach area. DH and I may take DD to Miami for a long weekend this fall (she will be around 18 months old at that time).
We're foodies and would love to try something local or unique to the area. We've already heard about Joe's Stone Crabs, and I am also going to check on TripAdvisor for other recommendations. Price is not a concern, and we love all types of cuisines. If it's walkable from the Loews hotel, that's a bonus too - we will not have a rental car.

Before you make the trip to Joe's stone crab call and make sure they are in season. I know they close a couple months out of the year, and if I am not mistaken its around this time till later in the year. Just a head's up.
I agree that you have to take the Trip to Ghirardeli the ice cream is amazing and they have delcious milk shakes and hot chocolates too!
