extra (used) baby stuff - WWYD?

I was given a used carseat and two bases.  I was also separately given a stroller.  They don't match at all, but do work together - both Graco.  I have been offered a newer carseat, two bases and a matching stroller.  (DS won't be in a purple carseat anymore!)

WWYD with the carseat, bases and stroller I already have?  I know it's not really OK to pass on carseats, but if I can find someone who needs it, like we did at the time, I'd like to help out...  The carseat has a year and a half of life left before expiring. 

Anyone know of someone who needs help? Maybe find a women's shelter?

You might want to start by offering it back to the people who gave it to you.  I was surprised recently when someone who gave us hand-me-down clothes wanted them back when we were done with them.

If they don't want it back, I think you could totally list it on Craigslist.  Or you could donate it.

That is what I was thinking too.  I'm sure that there is someone out there who could use them. Good luck.

We were given a used infant seat and stroller from my bff. I was comfortable with it because I knew where it came from. That said, when we were done with it, I offered it back. She didn't need it so I free cycled the seat and still have the stroller. I would try to to offer it back then craigs lust or freecycle

We have passed our car seat to one of our relatives. She had once mentioned that she is in search of it. We gave ours as we won?t need it anymore. If we haven?t given it to her we were thinking to donate.
