Puppy training classes in Lower MoCo?
So firstly, we adopted a dog! Yay! His name is Bourbon, and he's a super sweet guy. I promise to upload a photo later today.
Bourbon definitely still has a lot of puppy in him. We really don't know how old he is...the rescue said 18 months, but his paperwork says he was born in August 2010...we're inclined to think he's under a year. I got info about a Petsmart class (in Calverton), but I'm wondering if anyone has any recs. We're looking for a class group class.

yay!
i can't wait to meet him!
i thought that i read somewhere that the moco humane society did classes - though it is in rockville so it might be a bit of a haul for you. check living ruff's website (on georgia ave in dtss) - i think that i saw that they worked with someone too.

Yes, we definetely missed having a dog...it's so quiet without a pet! I had a tough time deciding if I was ready, but we decided to go for it since I have a really flexible schedule this month.
Here he is!:
Bourbon really likes being comfy and laying on pillows and blankets. Probably b/c he's so skinny!

He is so cute!!! Congrats!
We did one through MoCo rec dept. It was a sh!tshow, though cheap. I wouldn't recommend it.
I think someone on here highly recommended this place to me when we were looking around for Toffee, but we haven't used them.
